Software License
Subject to these terms, Comply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to: • Modify or create derivative works • Sublicense or transfer your access • Use the platform for any illegal purpose • Compete with Comply using our technology
Open Source Software
Comply incorporates open source software components. A list of open source licenses is available at comply.com/oss-licenses. These components are provided "as is" without warranty. The respective open source licenses govern your use of these components.
API License
If you use our API, you are granted a license to make calls to our API endpoints in accordance with our API documentation and rate limits. API access may be revoked if you: • Exceed rate limits repeatedly • Violate these terms • Use the API to compete with Comply • Share your API credentials
Content License
Content you submit to Comply remains your property. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to: • Store and process your content • Display your content to authorized users • Analyze your content to provide our services • Create anonymized, aggregated insights
Trademark License
The Comply name, logo, and other branding are trademarks of Comply, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without written permission, except for: • Factual references to our services • Links to our website • Press coverage and reviews
